Doubtful that anyone still checks this, but just in case...
I'm participating in Usako_Mamoru's third anniversary challenge, involving a drabble a day for the days between Usagi and Mamoru's birthdays. I've completed five drabbles so far, posted both on the LJ community and on ff.net under the group title of "Crystal Clear."
I've written about a paragraph of Haru, which is progress, I guess. I'm forcing myself to write something every day, but while the challenge is going on, that's mostly drabbles. I've got a lot of free time right now (thank you summer vacation), so we'll see how the rest goes.

Ok. Let's pause for five seconds.
Ranma had no plot so, while it was entertaining for the first few episodes, I quickly abandoned it.
But how in the hell did I not know about Fushigi Yugi before now?! I just started yesterday and I have literally done nothing productive since then. I cannot. Stop. Watching. |

So... wow. It's been forever. I kind of suck for that, I know. The bad news is... I don't have any new Haru for you. When I lost the few pages I'd written, I never rewrote them, unfortunately.
The good news is I have a drabble.
The better news is for the first time in a very, very, very long time, Usagi and Mamoru (along with a few originals) are talking in my head again. This means that I have ideas. And that I actually want to write and have some semblance of time.

Never actually updated this to let you guys know what's going on... I had a good chunk of the next chapter written, but my harddrive crashed recently and I didn't have my files backed up. So it'll be quite a while before I get the next chapter up.

Enough is enough, I said to myself. I love the internet, but my, oh my, how distracting it can be.
That said, I donned my glasses, grabbed my laptop and went outside to sit at a table where no matter how hard I try I can not get a wireless signal.
And I wrote Haru shit.

The outline is done. The ideas are there. Your story could have RESOLUTION instead of just sitting... THERE... in that... place that unfinished stories SIT! Dangling forever!
